1. About Us

CRTFD Training ("we", "us", "our") is operated by TPJ Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN available on request), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. By enrolling in CRTFD Training, you agree to these terms.

2. Enrolment & Access

When you purchase a CRTFD Training enrolment, you receive:

Access is personal and non-transferable. Each enrolment is for a single individual. Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials is prohibited and may result in immediate access revocation without refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We may offer early bird pricing, promotional discounts, or payment plans at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about your investment:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, lesson materials, templates, frameworks, and resources provided through CRTFD Training remain the intellectual property of TPJ Ventures Pty Ltd. You may use downloaded materials for your personal and professional use but may not resell, redistribute, or republish them.

Work you create during the program (your deliverables, portfolios, capstone projects) belongs to you.

6. Code of Conduct

CRTFD Training is a professional learning environment. We expect all participants to:

7. Certification & Placement

CRTFD certification is awarded based on successful completion of program requirements including assignments, the client brief, and capstone presentation. Certification is at the discretion of the training team.

Placement into our employer network is not guaranteed. It is offered to top graduates based on performance and is subject to employer availability and requirements.

8. Third-Party Tools

The program requires use of third-party tools (Claude Pro, Claude Code, etc.) which have their own subscription costs and terms. We are not responsible for changes to pricing, availability, or terms of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

CRTFD Training is an educational program. We do not guarantee specific income outcomes, employment, or rate increases. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your enrolment.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
